Linda Kong has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Linda is currently working as a Consultant for Digital Transformation at Thinkmax since May 2021. Prior to this, Linda served as the Director of Customer Success at Exonome from April 2020 to May 2021, where they focused on onboarding merchants and eliminating service frictions. Linda also worked as an Online Instructor for the Ebusiness program at Collège LaSalle, Montréal from August 2020 to December 2020.
Before that, Linda held the position of Director of E-Commerce and Client Services at Maison Birks from October 2018 to February 2020, where they played a key role in developing and executing omnichannel strategies. Linda also managed the first dedicated Client Services team and fostered strong partnerships across various company departments.
Prior to that, Linda worked as the Director of E-Commerce at Carpet Art Deco from December 2016 to July 2018. Linda also served as an Online Instructor for Website Development and Website Design at Collège LaSalle, Montréal in 2016-2017.
Linda has also held significant positions at Luxury Retreats, 11 Main - An Alibaba Group Company, SF Kids Consignment Sales Events, and Walmart eCommerce. At Luxury Retreats, they worked as the Senior Director of Homeowner and Partner Experience for a brief period in 2015. At 11 Main, they served as the Director of Site Merchandising Operations from September 2013 to October 2014. Linda was also a Founding Partner at SF Kids Consignment Sales Events from September 2012 to September 2013. Linda began their career at Walmart eCommerce, where they worked as a Creative Operations Manager and later as an Associate Site Merchandising Manager from 2008 to 2012.
Linda Kong holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Ecommerce from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Actuarial Science from Concordia University. Linda has also obtained various certifications, including "Avoiding Common Pitfalls in Customer Success Management," "Customer Success Management Fundamentals," and "Engagement Evaluation Best Practices for Customer Success Management" from LinkedIn.
