Arolyn Madrid has a diverse work experience history. Arolyn started as a Bookkeeping Intern at JEZFI Associates in January 2017, gaining experience in basic bookkeeping tasks for a limited period. Later in 2017, Arolyn worked as a Sales Associate at Groupe Dynamite, where they achieved daily sales goals, managed telephone orders, and provided exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

In 2018, Arolyn joined CHS Business Solutions as an Accounting Trainee and then moved on to work as an Administrative Coordinator at Dynacare. In these roles, they developed their administrative skills and assisted with various accounting tasks and coordination duties until January 2021.

Arolyn's dedication to the nonprofit sector led their to join NPower as a Youth Alumni Council Member from August 2019 to January 2020. During this time, they actively participated in the organization's initiatives. Subsequently, Arolyn joined ThinkOn Inc. as an Accounting Administrative Assistant in April 2019 and was promoted to the role of General Accountant in July 2021.

Arolyn Madrid completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Guelph from 2013 to 2017.
