Joseph Howell

Joseph Howell is currently an advisor at ThinkOrbital. Joseph has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Joseph was previously a co-founder of the SEC Professionals Group and eMusic. Joseph also served as the Vice President of Controller and Acting Chief Financial Officer at Borland International. In 2008, they co-founded Workiva and served as its Vice President of Strategic Initiatives until 2020. From 2007 to 2008, they were the Managing Director of Financial Intelligence, LLC. From 1995 to 1998, they were the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Merix Corporation.

Joseph Howell earned their BA from the University of Michigan in Political Science and Economics. Joseph then went on to earn their Master's Degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
