Dale Meyerrose has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries, beginning in 2008 as a Visiting Associate Professor at Syracuse University. In 2009, they became the VP/GM for Cyber Integrated Solutions at Harris Corporation and the President and Chairman of the Board for the Air Force Historical Foundation. Dale also served as an Advisor to the US Air Force Heritage Program Board. In 2010, they were appointed Trustee and Treasurer of the Falcon Foundation. In 2012, they founded the MeyerRose Group and became an Adjunct Instructor at Carnegie Mellon University. In 2016, they joined the Board of Advisors at Warrior Centric Health LLC, and in 2017 they became a Partner in the Information Technology Practice of RIDGE-LANE Limited Partners. In 2018, they were appointed President and Chairman of the Board at Imcon International Inc. and a Board Of Directors - Independent Director at ThinkRF.

Dale Meyerrose obtained their BS in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy between 1971 and 1975. Dale then earned their MBA in Business from the University of Utah between 1977 and 1978. In 2001, they received an Executive Education Certificate in Program for National and International Security from the Harvard Kennedy School. In 2005, they earned an Executive Education Certificate in Senior Executive Business Course from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. In 2007, they obtained an Executive Education Certificate in Leadership for Cross-Boundary Transformation from the Harvard Kennedy School. In 2009, they were awarded an Executive Education Certificate in Leadership Directions Program from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Finally, between 2011 and 2014, they completed their Doctor of Professional Studies in Information Management from Syracuse University.
