Lucy Farrow

Lucy Farrow is a highly experienced professional specializing in deliberative and participatory research, particularly in the context of Net Zero. Currently, Lucy serves as a Partner and Managing Director of Thinks Dialogue at Thinks Insight & Strategy since January 2021 and holds the position of Associate Partner at Lancaster University as a Visiting Fellow, Climate Citizens, from October 2023. Previously, Lucy was the Director at Traverse from April 2018 to December 2020, where Lucy led the brand development of Traverse. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at Dialogue by Design from January 2011 to April 2018, overseeing stakeholder and public engagement initiatives, and as Chair of the Employee Share Ownership Trust at OPM from February 2014 to January 2017. Lucy holds an MSc in Social Science Research Methods from Cardiff University and a MA in Sustainable Development and Philosophy from the University of St Andrews.
