Shelley Batuyong-Izsak

Shelley Batuyong-Izsak has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Shelley began their career as a Communications Designer at Alternatives 2D/3D from 1998 to 2000. Shelley then joined Marc Ecko Enterprises as the Design Director for Womens Product, where they worked from 2000 to 2006. Afterwards, they took on the role of Senior Designer at Burton Snowboards in 2006. Concurrently, they also worked as a Senior Designer (Contractor) at Staple Design during the same period.

In 2007, Batuyong-Izsak became an Art Director at Thinc Tank / Kai D Utility, a role where they showcased their expertise in tastemaking, design, and clothing. Shelley continued in this position until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Design Director for Womens Graphics at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC., achieving significant success in graphic tees and fleece sales.

In 2011, Batuyong-Izsak entered the role of Design Director (Consultant) for both Inwork and Kai D Utility. This allowed their to demonstrate their skills in creating brand identities from scratch and delivering cohesive marketing materials.

In 2014, they joined Thinkso Creative as a Design Director, responsible for print, digital, and environmental designs. After four years, they were promoted to the position of Senior Design Director in 2018, and in 2023, they assumed the role of Creative Director at the same company. Shelley'saccomplishments at Thinkso Creative highlight their leadership abilities and proficiency in overseeing creative projects.

Shelley Batuyong-Izsak pursued their undergraduate education from 1994 to 1998 at Carnegie Mellon University. During this period, they completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a specialization in Industrial Design.
