Alexander von Orloff

Alexander von Orloff is the Head of DevOps & Security at Thinksurance since January 2023. Prior to this, Alexander worked as the Lead DevOps Engineer at Shopgate from October 2010 to January 2023. With a background in managing servers, IT infrastructure, and implementing best practices for software and infrastructure, Alexander has also served as a DevOps/Systemadministrator overseeing a complete infrastructure hosted in AWS, including managing, creating, and analyzing alarms. Additionally, Alexander has experience as a PHP developer working on a large backend system and as an iOS developer creating an iOS app. Alexander holds a Fachhochschulreife in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik from Werner-von-Siemens-Schule Frankfurt and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Informatik at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
