Ajay Pandey

Ajay Pandey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social development and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Thinkthrough Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative Preparation since July 2019, Ajay also co-founded Thinkthrough Consulting in April 2015, where advisory support is provided to various social development initiatives globally. Prior experience includes a managerial position in Development Advisory Services at Ernst & Young from November 2009 to April 2015, and consulting roles at KPMG and Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. Ajay's career began as a Project Officer at the Foundation for Ecological Security. Educational qualifications include a PGDRD in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a B.A. (Honors) in Economics from Delhi University.
