Katie Kiely has a diverse work experience in various industries. Katie began their career as an assistant for a photographer during high school, where they gained insight into the creative media industry. Katie also worked as a Montessori assistant, providing childcare and serving meals to young children. Katie then worked as a sales assistant at New Look, where they gained basic skills in customer service and floor maintenance. Later, they worked as a nanny, focusing on improving children's academic and motor skills. Katie also worked as a private tutor, specifically covering academic writing skills. In 2019, they joined ThinScale Technology Ltd, initially as a business development, sales, and research intern. Their role evolved to becoming a business researcher, utilizing their research skills to enhance understanding of various industries and client needs. Finally, they took on the role of a sales operations executive and CCO project administrator, focusing on streamlining processes and improving sales efficiency.

Katie Kiely has a diverse education history. In 2019, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Psychology (Conversion) from the University of Chester, which they completed in 2020. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminology and French from the same institution. As part of their undergraduate studies, Katie participated in the Erasmus+ program at Université Bordeaux Montaigne (ex - Bordeaux 3) from 2017 to 2018, focusing on French language and culture.

Before entering university, Katie attended St. Leo's College Carlow from 2013 to 2015, where they completed their Leaving Certificate. Additionally, they completed their Junior Certificate from Loreto Abbey Dalkey between 2010 and 2013.

In terms of certifications, Katie has obtained several Microsoft Excel certifications. In 2022, they completed the Microsoft Excel: Advanced course at SquareOne Training. Katie also acquired certifications in Microsoft Excel: Intermediate Express and Microsoft Excel: Introduction from the same institution. In 2022, they completed the Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) course offered by LinkedIn.
