Laura Walsh

Laura Walsh has over 15 years of experience in human resources and people management. Laura is currently serving as the Director of People and Experience at ThinScale Technology Ltd. since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Associate at Voltedge Management from June 2020 to November 2021. Before that, Laura held various HR roles at Airbus, including Head of Human Resources from 2018 to 2019 and HR Manager from 2011 to 2019. Laura began their career as an HR Coordinator at Davy in 2007 and previously worked as an HR Assistant at St. Vincents University Hospital in 2006.

Laura Walsh's education history begins in 2001 when they attended Trinity College Dublin, graduating in 2005 with a degree in Business and Sociology. In 2003, they briefly studied at Senshu University, focusing on Japanese, Business, and Culture. Subsequently, in 2005-2006, Laura pursued a Master of Business Studies in Human Resource Management at University College Dublin. In 2013, they obtained a Diploma in Company Law from Dublin Business School. Finally, from 2019 to 2021, Laura completed a Higher Diploma in Psychology at Dublin Business School.
