Bandar Alhelali

Bandar Alhelali has a strong background in IT development and system development. Bandar began their career in 2006 as a Web Developer at Saudi Post, and later worked as a Web Developer at the Ministry of Higher Education from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they joined the Ministry of Commerce & Industry as a Senior Web Developer until 2013. Bandar then moved to THIQAH Business Services, where they held various roles, including Systems Development Team Leader from 2013 to 2014, System Development Manager from 2014 to 2021, and currently serves as the IT Development Director. In 2017, Bandar Alhelali joined the Ministry of Finance as the Head of Digital Portals Development Unit until 2021. Additionally, in 2021, they became the Head of Solutions Development Department at NCGR - National Center for Government Resources Sys. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in IT development and management.

Bandar Alhelali completed their Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences degree in Information Systems at King Saud University from 2000 to 2005. Following this, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Northampton.
