Ann Hollar has extensive experience in mental health and education, currently serving as a Counselor at THIRA Health since September 2020, where Ann Hollar supports adolescent girls and women facing anxiety and depression through individual and group sessions. Prior to this role, Ann Hollar worked as a Mindfulness in Schools Consultant at Ipseity from September 2012 to September 2020, focusing on providing mindfulness instruction in educational settings. Ann Hollar holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of Washington (2019-2020) and a Master of Education in Human Development and Cognition from the University of Washington (2010-2012), as well as a degree from the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business (1981-1985).
