Chelsea Stephenson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the behavioral health field. Currently serving as a Recruiting Specialist at THIRA Health since March 2022, Chelsea previously worked at Evolve Treatment Centers for five years in various roles, including Aftercare Manager and Discharge Coordinator, where significant contributions included establishing the discharge department and developing essential policies, procedures, and protocols. Prior experience also includes serving as a Behavioral Therapist at STAR of CA and as a Front Office Coordinator at Vargo Physical Therapy. Chelsea began a career in leadership as an Instructor for the Universal Cheer Association, leading high school cheer camps. Chelsea earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, in 2013.
