Victoria Demby

Victoria Demby (nee Thiel) currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs and Quality at Third Arc Bio since May 2025. Demby also holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Previously, Demby was Senior Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs for Oncology at Adlai Nortye USA Inc., and held key roles at GSK, Merck, and Bristol-Myers Squibb focusing on regulatory strategy and leadership in oncology and pharmaceutical safety. Demby has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and as an invited lecturer and board member at the University of Maryland. Demby's educational background includes a PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology from The University of Kansas and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Vermont.
