Trudy Arnold

Trudy Arnold is a seasoned buying director with extensive experience in the beauty and retail industries. Currently serving as the Buying Director for Beauty & Home at REVOLVE since November 2022, Trudy has held prominent roles as a council member at Third Bridge Group Limited and GLG since 2019 and 2020, respectively. Previously, Trudy was the Buying Director for Beauty at JCPenney, overseeing Sephora inside JCPenney from July 2021 to November 2022. Other significant roles include Merchandise Director for APAC at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Merchandise Senior Director for China, South East Asia, & Oceania at Ralph Lauren, and Global Buying & Planning Manager at Zimmermann. Trudy began the career as a Junior Buyer/Product Developer at James Pascoe Limited after earning a Double Degree in Business Economics and Arts with a Marketing major from The Australian National University.
