James Lucas

James (JW) Lucas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management, data analysis, and regulatory consulting. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Pipeline RISK, Data, Process at Third Coast since December 2023, James has held significant roles including Asset Management and Regulatory Consultant at CHA Consulting, Inc. from November 2019 to December 2023, and Managing Director at Advaltage from September 2015 to November 2019. James also has a background in emergency services as a Lieutenant at Klein Fire Department and has worked as a GIS Project Manager at Enterprise Products. Additionally, James contributed to the PODS Association as a member of the Board of Directors and served as GIS Supervisor in El Paso from 2000 to 2004. James earned education credentials from New Mexico State University between 1988 and 1991.
