Serge Flores has a diverse range of experience in the creative and advertising industry. Serge is currently the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at Third Ear Agency since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Creative Director (ECD) at LatinWorks from February 2018. Serge also has experience in running their own business as the Creative Director at thisisserge since August 2012. Serge has held various creative leadership positions at renowned agencies such as TBWA\Chiat\Day, Arnold Worldwide, and Leroy + Clarkson. From 1988 to 1995, Serge Flores pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communication/Advertising at RMIT. Simultaneously, from 1988 to 1994, they also studied towards a Bachelor of Communication degree with a focus on Advertising at RMIT University. Additionally, during the same period, Serge pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering at RMIT.
