Kristin Clevenger

Kristin Clevenger has over 17 years of work experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. Kristin began their career in 2005 as a Senior Biotech & IT Recruiter at Thinknicity. In 2010, they formed their own recruiting consulting practice, Clevenger Consulting, where they partnered with clients to recruit top talent in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Impax Laboratories as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Recruitment & Strategy. In this role, they formed and managed a team of recruiters, developed sourcing strategies, and worked collaboratively across the organization to produce recruitment strategies and programs. In 2019, they moved to Favor (formerly Pill Club) as an Executive Search Recruiter. In 2020, they joined Astellas Gene Therapies as an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Acquisition at Third Harmonic Bio.

Kristin Clevenger holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Washington, and an M.A. in Sports and Fitness Management from the University of San Francisco.
