Christopher Hart

Christopher Hart serves as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Third Horizon Strategies since December 2022, leading Project Starset to develop cloud-based analytic systems for health insurance compliance. Christopher co-founded RecoveryLink in July 2020, providing the nation’s first Electronic Recovery Record platform for peer recovery support. As the founder of sr4-DIS Holdings, Inc., Christopher oversees data information system projects aimed at organizing and analyzing data for societal benefit. Prior experience includes managing partner roles at sr4 Partners and principles at Bliss Training & Consulting, as well as serving as Interim Executive Director at McGaw YMCA. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Applied Data Science from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Human Resources from Gettysburg College.
