David Smith is the Founder of Third Horizon Strategies and currently hosts a podcast at Cost of Care. Formerly, David worked as the Medicaid Transformation Project Executive at AVIA and as the Chief Development Officer at Leavitt Partners Consulting. David also has experience as a Sales Manager at Best Buy Co and as a Coordinator at Utah Valley University. David holds a Master's degree in Statistics and Econometrics from the University of Utah.
