Tym Rourke

Tym Rourke is currently the Vice President of People and Senior Director at Third Horizon Strategies, providing leadership in recruiting and retaining top talent committed to improving and supporting the nation's health care system. In the past, Tym held roles such as Director at the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, Adjunct Professor at Keene State College, and Executive Director at the Makin It Happen Coalition. Tym brings a wealth of experience in guiding grant-making, strategic planning, leadership advising, and community engagement to drive positive impacts on health care and youth services. Tym holds a Masters in Intermodal Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Theatre from Emerson College.
