Ryan Joseph Manikad started their career as a L2 Technical Support Specialist and Escalations Manager at Dell International Services in 2007. Ryan Joseph provided high-level technical support for hardware concerns, troubleshooting both basic and advanced issues for Dell customers in the US and Canada. In 2010, they joined Results Manila Inc. as an IT Administrator and Technical Support Engineer. Ryan Joseph was responsible for hardware and software problem determination, consultation, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting. Ryan Joseph also handled email account creation requests and configuration of Avaya phones. In 2013, they became a Technical Helpdesk Analyst at ACS, A Xerox Company, providing technical support assistance via phone, email, and chat for Xerox end users. Ryan Joseph managed incident and work order management. In 2014, they joined Cognizant as a Senior Systems Engineer, being part of a pioneer batch for a new project. Ryan Joseph provided technical support assistance for GARD Service Desk, a marine insurance company based in Norway. Ryan Joseph became a Salesforce Administrator at Cognizant in 2017, providing premiere support assistance to Salesforce clients and troubleshooting various technical and non-technical issues. Ryan Joseph then transitioned to Accenture in 2021, assuming the role of Application Development Team Lead. Finally, in 2022, they joined Third Pillar A Globe Business Company as a Functional Consultant.
Ryan Joseph Manikad completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Jesus is Lord Colleges Foundation in 1998 and attended Philippines Christian University from 1994 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Cognizant in March 2018 and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) certifications in October 2017, also from Cognizant.
