Samara Leader

Samara Leader is an experienced nonprofit professional currently serving as Director at Third Plateau since August 2022. Previously, Samara held the role of Senior Program Manager at the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin and Sonoma Counties from September 2018 to January 2022, and served as Program Coordinator for the Diller Teen Fellows program. Earlier experience includes various leadership positions at the Union for Reform Judaism from June 2014 to August 2018, where Samara was Director of Teen Engagement at Camp Newman and held several roles within NFTY Central West. Additional experience includes Program Coordinator at Congregation Beth Am and Regional Advisor for NFTY Central West. Samara holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from the Zelikow School of Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from UCLA.
