Tony Raymond

Tony Raymond has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and regulatory affairs. Tony is currently serving as the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Third Pole Therapeutics since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Third Pole Therapeutics from July 2017 to April 2022. Tony also has experience as the Chief Compliance Officer, VP of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Gamma Medica, Inc. from May 2014 to July 2017. Before that, they were the Director of Quality at Sunrise Labs, Inc. from December 2011 to April 2014. Tony also founded and served as the Principal of New Harbor SQA, a management consulting firm for medical device companies, from May 2000 to December 2011. Tony began their career at Hewlett Packard as a Sr. Engineering Manager in the Systems Interoperability Qualification Group. Overall, Tony has extensive experience in the medical devices industry and a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory affairs.

Tony Raymond obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1974 to 1978. In 2015, they also received a Certificate in Regulatory Affairs - Medical Devices from the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society - Online University. Additionally, they hold certifications such as the Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence Certification (CMQ/OE) from ASQ - World Headquarters, a Medical Device Management Certification from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Bioengineering Institute, a Medical Device Regulatory Affairs Certification from the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS), and a Software Quality Assurance Certification from Northeastern University.
