Angela Brown

Angela Brown is currently the Director at TSNE MissionWorks, a position they have held since January of 2022. Prior to that, Angela served as the VP for Policy and Program at CFLEADS from November 2017 to January 2022, where they were responsible for developing and directing peer learning networks for CFLeads: Community Foundations Leading Change. Before that, Angela was the Director of Programs and Senior Program Officer at the Hyams Foundation from July 2004 to October 2017, where they led the foundation's grantmaking and knowledge management activities, supervised grant distributions averaging $5.6 million annually, and developed impact investing initiatives.

Angela Brown went to the Cambridge public schools for their high school education. Angela then went on to the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they got their AB in economics. Finally, they attended Harvard Kennedy School, where they got their Master's Degree in public policy analysis.
