Jeff Nelson

Jeff Nelson is an experienced consultant currently leading digital transformation efforts at Third Stage Consulting Group, specializing in ERP selection, project implementation, and business process improvement for clients ranging from multinational corporations to local operations. Previously, as Executive Vice President at UNIFIED FIELD SERVICES, Jeff managed significant corporate start-up activities and asset acquisitions. At Goodman Networks, Jeff held various roles, including Vice President of Business Management & Analytics, where initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity were implemented, alongside delivering strategic insight across multiple departments.
