Monica Kithodya

Monica Kithodya has a background in hotel management and human resources. Monica started their career as an Industrial Trainee at The Imperial Hotel before moving on to positions at Starbucks India, where Monica held roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, and Assistant Manager Partner Resources. Currently, at Third Wave Coffee, Monica serves as the Deputy People Manager. Monica holds a B.Sc. in HHA from IHM PUSA and is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Navi Mumbai.
