Samu. G has extensive experience in maintenance management and electrical engineering, beginning as an engineering trainee at Titan Watches in 2008. From January 2009 to September 2010, Samu worked at Dalkia as an Electrical Engineer, focusing on utility maintenance for the IT sector. Subsequent roles include Deputy Manager Maintenance at Yum! Brands from February 2016 to November 2019, where responsibilities included utility maintenance for KFC outlets in Karnataka and AP. Samu served as Maintenance Lead at Tata Consumer Products from December 2019 to April 2021, overseeing maintenance and vendor management for new store openings across India. As Maintenance Manager at Ola from May 2021 to May 2022 and later as Senior Maintenance Manager at Paradise Food Court Pvt. Ltd from May 2022 to September 2024, Samu provided comprehensive maintenance support while managing teams and budgets. Currently, Samu holds the position of Head of Maintenance at Third Wave Coffee since September 2024. Educational qualifications include a DEEE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Priyadarshini College and a BTech from Singhania University.
