Lexie Garfield-Turner, B.S., MSW, LCSW, is an experienced therapist and owner of Live BeYOUtifully, LLC., specializing in adolescent eating disorder treatment, body acceptance support, trauma-informed therapy, and holistic nutrition services since March 2017. Concurrently, Lexie serves as an eating disorder consultant at Recovery 360 and has been a primary therapist at Third Way Center. Previous roles include clinical internships at the University of Michigan Health System and The Children's Center of Wayne County, along with various positions that have honed skills in client engagement and psychoeducation. Lexie holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University, supplemented by a certification in holistic nutrition.
