Sean Xiao

Sean Xiao is an accomplished professional in the construction and property development industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Forma Property Group since July 2022. With extensive experience at Thirdi Group since August 2014, Sean has held roles as Development Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing the project life cycle, supervising construction quality, and overseeing project budgets. Sean also facilitated consultant meetings to address design issues and coordinated key stakeholder meetings. Sean holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from UNSW and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Qingdao University of Technology.
