David Osborn, CPA

David Osborn, CPA has a wide range of professional experience, beginning in 2009 with their role as Vice President of Finance for Sigma Phi Epsilon and Sooners Grilling Company - Integrated Business Core (IBC). From 2011 to 2014, they were a Campus Staff for Campus Crusade for Christ. In 2014, they joined BKD CPAs & Advisors as a Senior Associate, where they prepared tax returns for local and multi-state corporations, and gained experience with tax matters involving mergers and acquisitions. In 2016, they moved to HoganTaylor LLP as a Senior Business Valuation Analyst, where they valued multi-million dollar businesses and analyzed and built models based off company and personal credit card and bank statements. In 2019, they joined ClearRidge, LLC as Manager of Business Intelligence. In 2020, they joined 9b as a Lead Analyst, and in 2021 they joined ThirdLine as Chief Executive Officer and Head of Operations.

David Osborn, CPA obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting with a Minor in Philosophy from the University of Oklahoma from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they hold certifications from the AICPA as an Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
