Sandra Melek

Sandra Melek has extensive work experience in the fashion industry. Sandra started their career at Lane Bryant as a Merchandising Intern, where they successfully launched Lanebryant.com. Sandra then became a Merchandise Assistant and later took on the role of Merchandise Assistant Trainer, where they trained and coached new hires. After their time at Lane Bryant, Sandra worked at Tween Brands as an Assistant Buyer in the Footwear & Legwear department and later became the Sr. Assistant Buyer of Lifestyles. Sandra played a key role in developing a diverse product assortment and contributed to significant sales increases. Sandra then joined Victoria's Secret Pink, where they held various roles, including Senior Raw Material Planner, Senior Production & Sourcing Planner, and Director of Sourcing & Production. During their time at Victoria's Secret Pink, they implemented strategies to reduce liability budgets, improve vendor allocation, and streamline processes. Finally, Sandra is currently working as the Director of Sourcing & Production at ThirdLove. Overall, they have demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

Sandra Melek obtained a degree in Fashion Merchandising with a field of study in Marketing from Kent State University.
