Marcia Southard

Marcia Southard is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation and human resources. Currently serving as a Staff and Employee Care Specialist at Thirdmill since July 2015, Marcia contributes to the organization's mission of providing free biblical education. Previous roles include Case Manager at Lighthouse Central Florida, where social and functional needs assessments for individuals with low vision were a focus, and a decade-long tenure as Human Resources Manager at Campus Crusade for Christ, overseeing staff orientation and performance evaluations. Early career experience includes various positions as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, where Marcia managed caseloads of injured clients and provided vocational assessment and job seeking skills. Marcia holds a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida.
