Ali Mashal

Ali Mashal has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. They began in 2013 as a Summer Analyst at BNP Paribas. In 2013, they also worked as a Finance Intern at the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. In 2014, they interned as a Treasury Intern at Emirates NBD. They then worked as a Private Equity Analyst at McCombie Group, LLC and as a Private Wealth Management professional at Morgan Stanley in 2015. In the same year, they also interned as an Equity Research Intern at Trieste Opportunity Fund LP. In 2017, they worked as a Financial Analyst at the City of Miami Beach, managing the Accounts Payable division. In 2018, they became an Acquisitions Analyst at Lloyd Jones Capital. Currently, they are working as a Data Analyst and Client Success Manager at Thirty Capital.

Ali Mashal received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance from the University of Miami in 2016. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in "Calculating & Creating Waterfalls" from The Academy of CRE Finance & Innovation in April 2023, and in "Bootcamp, Real Estate Data Science and Geographic Information Systems" from PropertyQuants in March 2021.
