Dawn Holland has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the finance and legal sectors. Dawn started their career in 2002 as an Associate at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, where they worked until 2005. Dawn then joined Commercial Defeasance as a Defeasance Consultant, where they stayed for seven years. In 2012, they moved to Defeasance Holding Company, LLC, taking on the role of VP/Director of Asset Management. In 2018, they joined Thirty Capital as VP/Director of Asset Management, and later assumed the position of Chief Legal Officer in 2023. Throughout their career, Dawn has displayed strong expertise in asset management and legal affairs.
Dawn Holland completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Wittenberg University from 1995 to 1999. Dawn then pursued their Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Emory University School of Law from 1999 to 2002.
