Joshua Lacivita is an accomplished accounting and systems administration professional with a strong background in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as a Systems Administrator at Thirty Capital since March 2022, Joshua previously held roles as Assistant Controller at both Investor Management Services and RealPage, Inc., as well as Senior Staff Accountant and Staff Accountant at QuietStream Financial. A Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Fairview Real Estate Solutions, Joshua developed executive-level reports and monitored internal performance. Joshua's professional journey began at Jimmy John's as a Lead Driver, where sales increased through strategic marketing efforts. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
