Barry Parasram

Barry Parasram has an extensive work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Barry currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at Extension PR since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Communications (Comms Lead) at 35V and Boardroom starting from September 2021. From May 2019 to August 2021, Barry worked at Endeavor as the Director of Communications - Sports Lead. Barry has also worked for the National Basketball Association (NBA) as the Director of Marketing & Player Programs Communications from June 2012 to May 2019. Other notable roles include Director of Integrated Event Marketing and Media Relations at GOODNESS pop-up, Director of Public Relations and Special Events at PMK•BNC, and Manager of Public Relations and Special Events at Paul Wilmot Communications. Barry started their career as a Sr. Account Executive Publicist and Special Events at PMK•BNC in March 2004.

Barry Parasram earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media Studies from Pace University, attending from 1999 to 2003. In 2002, they pursued an apprenticeship in Food and Wine of Europe at the University of Las Vegas.
