Jamie Nakawatase

Jamie Nakawatase is a seasoned professional in systems engineering, currently serving as a Systems Engineer at TMT International Observatory LLC since July 2014. Jamie has held various roles within the same organization, including Associate Systems Engineer, Systems Engineer Associate, Project Analyst, and Accountant. Prior experience includes a position in Procurement Support at Caltech from October 2009 to July 2014. Jamie earned a Master of Science in Space Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins Engineering for Professionals in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric, Oceanic, and Environmental Sciences with a minor in Mathematics from UCLA. Additionally, Jamie attended Pasadena City College and UCLA Extension.
