Justin Lee, CPA, serves as the Senior Financial Controller at This Is Blueprint, where responsibilities include overseeing the financial management of a diverse hospitality portfolio featuring 600 annual events, three nightclubs, five restaurants, and two liquor stores. Previously, Justin held the role of Financial Controller for Clubs & Events, managing budget oversight for various prominent music festivals in Canada and implementing a streamlined settlement reporting process. Additionally, Justin is a Board Member at Young Music Professionals and co-founded Young Guys Finance, which aims to enhance financial literacy for young Canadians through engaging media. With experience as an online facilitator for CPA Canada and practice as a sole practitioner, Justin's career includes key positions at MNP and AX3 Multimedia Inc., where responsibilities spanned accounting management and operations coordination. Justin holds a CPA designation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Simon Fraser University.
