Ben Aldred

Ben Aldred is the Executive Creative Director at This Place. Prior to this, they were the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Mylo Design, a digital interface and content strategy agency based in Shoreditch. Ben has over 10 years of experience in improving the User Experience of interactive campaigns, products and services.

Mylo Design has worked with some of the world’s most respected brands, including Mandarin Oriental, Cisco, Reebok, Sony Pictures Television, Travelex, M&C Saatchi, YTL Hotels, The Eden Project, Right To Play and LA Names Corporation.

Notable work by Mylo Design includes their work with YTL Hotels and LA Names Corporation. For YTL Hotels, Mylo Design produced a number of web and mobile sites focused on delivering improved revenue for their properties around the world. For LA Names Corporation, Mylo Design delivered an online platform to promote, sell and manage .la domain names - the world's first city-specific TLD aimed at individuals and enterprises in the Los Angeles area.

Mylo Design has now been incorporated into This Place. This Place is a creative agency that helps companies tell their stories through branding, design, motion, and experiential activations.

Ben Aldred has a BDes in Product Design from the University of Leeds. Ben also attended Canford School.

Their manager is Andy McGinn, CEO. They work with Ben Heneker - Global Finance Director, Dawn Mckerracher - Managing Director - London, and Graham Fink - Chief Creative Officer.
