Michael Davies

Michael Davies currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Planning at THIS™ since July 2023. Prior to this role, Michael was the Head of Supply Chain and Operations for the UK at Califia Farms from July 2021 to July 2023. Michael's experience includes a position as a Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal, and Operations Director at Mavericks Snacks. At Danone Dairy, Michael held multiple roles, culminating in Regional Head of Activity Management for NW Europe, where responsibilities included leading a team in project management across several countries. Earlier career experiences include roles at Imperial Tobacco, where responsibilities ranged from Contract Manufacturing Manager to Graduate Scientist. Michael holds an MSci in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
