Claritta Peters currently serves as the Chief People Officer at THISBOWL FISHBOWL, overseeing global People and Culture functions for both Fishbowl Australia and Thisbowl USA, with a focus on employer branding, talent acquisition, and employee well-being. Previous experience includes roles as Manager and Partner at Levant Consulting, where Claritta developed people-focused strategies for various sectors; Senior Associate and Evaluator at University of Maryland, Baltimore, leading evaluations for an HIV/AIDS fund; and Business Development Consultant at Minerva Consulting, overseeing significant business restructuring. Additionally, Claritta has a background in marketing from Coniq and has founded the Which Pitch Competition to support student entrepreneurs. Educational credentials include an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's Degree from SOAS University of London.
