Tadas Miniotas

Tadas Miniotas is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in directing engineering teams across various industries. Currently serving as Engineering Director at Bud, Tadas oversees go-to-market engineering efforts in Lithuania and the UK. Previously, Tadas held the position of Director Of Engineering at Kilo Health, optimizing deployment practices and enhancing team structures to support significant revenue streams. At TransferGo, Tadas led the establishment of remote engineering teams and introduced a new Core Banking SaaS platform. Tadas has also held roles at Genus AI, Danske Bank, Barclays, and FICO, contributing to cloud development, machine learning solutions, and IT systems architecture. Tadas holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Kaunas University of Technology.
