Anne Mette Frejsel

Anne Mette Frejsel is the founder and chief consultant at Ad Astra Consulting, specializing in commercial growth, advisory, and organizational development. Previously, Anne Mette served as a strategy advisor at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where they contributed to corporate strategy and business analysis, and led the New Ventures initiative within the Maersk Growth Department. They earned a Ph.D. from the Niels Bohr Institute at the University of Copenhagen, focusing on statistical analysis of Cosmic Microwave Background data. Additionally, Anne Mette held significant leadership roles at NKT and TDC NET, driving commercial strategy and team performance. Currently, they also serve as a fractional SVP at CodeBase and an advisor on the BloomSphere Advisory Board.
