Values

Make Calm & Thoughtful Decisions

We prioritize our rest and welfare, so that our minds and bodies are healthy enough to keep producing the best product out there. We are not impulsive. Rather, we make informed decisions backed by data, research, and the needs of our community.

Build Quality and Be Scrappy

We work hard to bring an exceptional product to an undervalued audience. We have high standards for quality, and push ourselves to be innovative and creative. As a young company, we get there by thinking quick on our feet, being iterative, and doing the best we can with minimal resources.

Be Confident & Proud

We take care to research and ideate our ideas in an effort to produce top-notch work. We stand proudly behind what we produce as a team and individually.

Collaborate with Kindness

Working together with honest, kind communication to find the best solution. We have the ability to compromise, to bend and be flexible with our ideas. We invite respectful feedback from our teammates and our community.

Embrace Queerness

Embrace queerness as a value. We think differently and work creatively. We embrace our queerness, we work beyond the binary. We embrace what is experimental and non-traditional.

A Team of Lovers Cannot Lose

We are a team who love and respect each other and the community we are building for. When our roots stem from a place of love and understanding, we can create a space for queer love and friendship that simply cannot lose! This principle is Inspired by the Queer Nation's 1990 manifesto “An Army of Lovers Cannot Lose,” in turn evolved from Rita Mae Brown's 1976 poem "Sappho's Reply".
