Eleanor Shortland is a seasoned brand manager currently overseeing brand strategies at ARKIVE Headcare since July 2021 and at Matrix since August 2019, where Eleanor has also served as Brand & Product Manager and Assistant Brand & Product Manager. Previous experience includes a role as NPD Assistant at The Rodial Group and an NPD Intern position at Beauty Pie Ltd. Eleanor's early career features various internships, including Sourcing Intern positions at Novartis and a work experience placement with London Live ESTV. Eleanor holds a BA Hons in English Literature from the University of Leeds and completed a training course in Essentials of Psychosynthesis at the Psychosynthesis Trust in November 2022.
