Francis Abrao

Francis Abrao has an extensive work experience in finance and investment, starting as an Investment Banking Analyst at Silver Pacific Advisors in 2005. Later, they held several positions including Senior Investment Associate-Real Estate Private Equity at MacFarlane Partners in 2007, and Director of Corporate Finance at Caesars Entertainment Corporation in 2011 where they assisted in executing capital market transactions and M&A opportunities. Francis also worked at Valtus Capital Group as a Managing Director-Investment Banking in 2013, which involved sourcing new business opportunities, and oversaw every transaction for clients. As a result, they broadened and grew the real estate practice. In 2017, Francis worked as an Instructor-Financial Modeling 435 at University of Nevada-Las Vegas. In 2018, they became a Partner at CORE Advisory Partners, and later in 2020, they joined Neato as the Chief Financial Officer. Finally, in 2021, they worked as the Head of Capital Markets at Livv, where they oversaw all capital market-related activities.

Francis Abrao earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the UNLV Lee Business School, completing the degree program from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas but it is unclear when they started or finished their Bachelor of Science program in Finance there. No additional certifications are provided.
