Paddy Morrissey

Paddy Morrissey is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Org Group since November 2021, contributing to the firm’s leadership in Organizational Engineering with a focus on talent, technology, and customer experience for over 5,000 clients globally. Previously, Paddy held key leadership positions, including Managing Director at Capita Customer Solutions from December 2015 to October 2021 and Chief Operating Officer at SouthWestern and Capita Life & Pensions Services (Ireland) Limited for a brief period in 2015. Further enhancing operational expertise, Paddy was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at SouthWestern from April 2008 to May 2015, and held financial controller roles at FEXCO DCC and Fortis prior. Early career experience includes working as Audit Assistant Manager at KPMG and Auditor at White Iliffe.
