Phil Senn

Phil Senn is a chartered mechanical engineer with nearly 20 years of cross-sector experience in energy advisory, property, retail, and agribusiness. Currently serving as Director at Ethos Advisory, Phil focuses on integrating sustainability and climate risk into business strategies. Phil has held leadership roles, including General Manager of Sustainability and Environment at Inghams Group, where they oversaw the implementation of the 2030 Sustainability Leadership Roadmap. With a strong academic foundation that includes a Master of Design Science from the University of Sydney, Phil also represents the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) as Immediate Past ANZ Chair.
