Rob Sheffield -

Rob Sheffield has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rob currently holds the position of Managing Director Greater China at Org, where they aim to humanize the experience of transformational change for organizations. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director - Greater China at Morgan McKinley, responsible for operations, development, and growth strategy in China, Hong Kong, and the Greater Bay Area.

Sheffield has also worked at various other companies in advisory, board, and executive roles. Rob served as a member of the Supervisory Board at Next Move K.K., an advisor at Zensho Agency Inc., and a non-executive director at ALRA | Australia's Leading Recruitment Agency. Sheffield was also the COO of Opus Talent Solutions for the APAC region and the CEO of Nakama Group PLC, overseeing the growth, performance, and management of global operations.

Earlier in their career, Sheffield served as the Head of Technology at Aquent, where they played a key role in driving the commercial growth of the division. Rob also worked as a consultant at Corps Business, where they managed key accounts, developed new business markets, and facilitated recruitment and employment strategies for clients.

Rob Sheffield - 施樂德 attended Gulf English School from 1983 to 1990. Rob then attended Boswells School from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained 10 GCSE's and 4 A-Levels. Finally, from 1995 to 1999, they attended the University of Surrey, where they earned a BSC in Sociology.
